The hotel offers clean and comfortable rooms with friendly staff in a great location. The dining experience could be improved with more variety. The facilities are well-maintained and enjoyable, providing good value for money.

The hotel had some positives like spacious and comfortable rooms, but we had to deal with low water pressure. The cleanliness was mostly satisfactory, with new flooring and furniture, but the kitchen was outdated. Despite some issues like old appliances making noise, the rooms were generally quiet, although we did spot some unsightly stains on the rug.

The service was friendly and helpful, especially Pamela, April, & Shereen, despite the ongoing renovations. The location, although secluded, offers a beautiful pool area and proximity to nearby attractions like the World Golf Hall of Fame and St Augustine historic area. The dining experience included classic dishes, perfect for relaxing with movies to watch.
